Life Happens. Plans change. Support helps.

Real Life Support...
Because life doesn't come with a manual

What We Do
We help you to navigate life's curveballs
Life has a habit of keeping things interesting. Just when we think we’ve got it all figured out, something changes - a relationship shifts, children grow up, careers take unexpected turns, or we simply find ourselves wondering “How did I get here?” and “What now?”
At times like these it can help to pause, reflect, and talk things through with someone outside the situation.
We offer thoughtful, compassionate support to people navigating life’s many transitions - helping make sense of change, regain perspective, and move forward with greater clarity (and hopefully a little more ease).
Our Services Include
• Individual counselling and therapeutic support
• Support for major life transitions and identity changes
• Help with career crises and work conflict
• Grief, loss and adjustment counselling
• Midlife and later life transitions (those “what next?” moments)
• Relationship and family challenges
• Stress, overwhelm and emotional wellbeing
• Support for carers and families
• Specialist support for the over 70's

Abby Wildsmith - Lead Practitioner
Registered Clinical Counsellor, Psychotherapist & Mediator
PACFA Clinical Reg. 29829
Hi, I’m Abby and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a background that spans Business, HR Management, Dispute Resolution and a Master’s degree in Counselling.

I am registered at the highest level with PACFA, and trained in a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to provide you with support to meet you where you are at. I am comfortable supporting difficult emotions and conversations and I can offer you grounded and compassionate support without jargon or judgement.

I have previously worked with children, adolescents and adults, and now focus on supporting adults and seniors through life’s tougher chapters - the ones that don’t come with a guidebook.

I like to personalise care shaped around each individual, and I bring warmth, honesty and a well-timed sense of humour – because, I believe, healing doesn’t have to be heavy all the time.

Please reach out for an informal chat prior to make a booking if you would like to see if we would be a good fit for each other. I’d love to hear from you!

With a touch of humour and a lot of heart, Abby helps you make sense of life’s transitions - one conversation at a time
